Hello Birdie Card Kit + Chocolate Bar =Sweet Teacher Gift

I love to wrap those huge chocolate bars with pattern paper and add some super cute embellishments, then surprise someone with a sweet treat!

I decided to try something different. CTMH has this adorable new card kit- Hello Birdie. It is so stinkin cute I had to use it! First, I added a layer of matching cardstock. The card itself folded completely around the choco bar - no cutting! Then I used the card kit Stickease and added some bling & ribbon. Took me a whole 10 minutes & Ethan's teacher was thrilled to receive this for Valentine's Day.
