My Card:
I've seriously been slacking with the Mojo Sketch thing. I love them all but sometimes life has a way of taking over. Like last weekend, the husband and I decided to tile the backsplashes behind the kitchen counters and range. WOWZER what a difference some tile can make! I will post the before and afters soon! Getting back- I had a few other personal challenges to tackle as well. First of all CTMH has these new Glitter Rub-On sheets. I was at a loss on how to use them. Look how nice my "Silent Night" and "Bird" turned out- that was my first try!
Second challenge- To use #17. Say what? Only makes sense if you are part of my ban Martha club. "Oops I did it again" (sing it like Britney girls) got me another punch. Had to use it. Must use it. I used it. It's the wreath. Well the leafy punch made the wreath anyway. I guess I can say that I officially used the punch 15 times! lol
Third challenge was to make a different kind of bow. I always make knots so I had to step out of my comfort zone. I even did it twice.
Fourth accomplishment was using some other new supplies. Like that awesome Polar White Flower Soft. Yummy! Then I had to emboss something with my new Cuttlebug folder. And because no card is complete without bling- I used pearls, mini gems & tulip brads to kick up that wreath. Ah. I feel so accomplished! I just might have to go take a nap. Right!
Off to make something else
